Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated transit times after dispatch are generally:
United States and Canada: Approximately 2–4 weeks
Australia and New Zealand: Approximately 2–4 weeks
United Kingdom and supported European destinations: Approximately 2–4 weeks
Other supported international destinations: Approximately 2–5 weeks
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, product availability, weather, local postal services, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any item and receive return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact support@ehungar.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging where possible, and a description of the issue.
Please keep the item and its packaging while your claim is being reviewed.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing or shipment has begun.
If an order has already been shipped, the applicable return process may apply after delivery.
11. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
